Software products and services
Use of our software products is subject to a separate service agreement between AbrossIT and the clinic. The points below are the ones doctors ask about most often.
Charges
Sanjivanee is prepaid and charged on usage. A clinic recharges a wallet - a minimum of ₹200 per recharge, online or through us - and one rupee is deducted for each patient the clinic manages through the platform. The balance may fall to -₹20 so that a session is not interrupted; this is settled from the next recharge. Wallet balance does not expire and is not refundable. There is no monthly subscription, no setup fee and no contract, and a clinic may stop using the service at any time. Optional hardware - such as a reception tablet or token printer - is quoted separately where a clinic asks for it. Rates may change with prior notice to the clinic.
Your records
Data entered by a clinic remains that clinic's. Prescriptions can be exported as PDFs and visit data as a spreadsheet at any time, including when a clinic chooses to leave.
Clinical responsibility
Sanjivanee records and prints what a doctor enters. Any suggestion the software offers - including AI-assisted prescription suggestions drawn from a clinic's own past prescriptions - is advisory only. Every clinical decision, and the responsibility for it, remains entirely with the treating doctor.
