What is Sanjivanee?
Sanjivanee is clinic management software for Indian doctors. You write the prescription on screen instead of on a pad, it prints on your own letterhead, and the record stays with you afterwards.
Around that sit the parts a clinic needs once it grows: one queue for walk-ins and bookings, fees and outstanding dues, a dispensing screen for the pharmacy counter, and referral letters as PDFs. Every one of them is optional and off until you want it.
- Digital prescriptions on your letterhead
- Complete patient history, kept indefinitely
- One queue for walk-ins and bookings
- Billing, part payments and dues
- English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Unlimited staff logins, included
Why Sanjivanee exists, and how it is built
Why Sanjivanee exists
A prescription should still be there six months later.
Doctors here write beautifully on paper and always have. The trouble starts the moment the patient walks out with the only copy. Six months later the same complaint comes back, and the consultation starts from zero - the same questions, the same guesswork about what was tried last time.
Nobody needs help writing a prescription. What paper cannot do is still be there afterwards. Every part of this product exists to remove that one moment.
How we build it
Faster than a pen, or it does not ship.
A paper prescription takes about ten seconds. Anything slower gets abandoned by the third patient of the morning, however good it looked in a demo.
The medicines, complaints and advice you use every day are saved once and then picked from a list. A returning patient opens with their last prescription already beside you, so a repeat visit starts from what you wrote before rather than a blank page.
How we price it
You pay for patients, not for months.
₹1 per patient managed, from a prepaid wallet that never expires. No monthly subscription, no setup fee, no contract and no per-user charge for your staff. A quiet month simply uses less, which is the whole point of charging this way.
This is not an introductory rate with a cliff behind it. There is no higher plan to be moved onto later.
Available everywhere the clinic needs it.
The consulting room
The full prescription screen, on the computer you already have. Nothing to install beyond a browser.
The reception desk
The queue, the token display and the day's billing, on a desktop or a tablet at the counter.
The patient's phone
A small app that shows a patient their token number and tells them when their turn is close. Optional.
AbrossIT, and the same people answer the phone.
Not built from a list of features and not from a hospital IT brief - from sitting in OPD rooms and watching what actually slows a doctor down.
We come to you, position your letterhead, load in the medicines you use most, and stay until your first real prescription prints correctly. When a printer misbehaves at 11am on a Tuesday, you reach the people who wrote the code. There is no call centre in between, and at this size there is not going to be one.

We come to your clinic and show the whole thing working. If it isn't useful, you have lost ten minutes and nothing else.
