No. There is no monthly charge, no setup fee and no contract. You keep a prepaid wallet topped up - from ₹200 - and ₹1 comes off it for each patient you manage, so a quiet month simply uses less. The balance never expires.

Yes. Sanjivanee is free for your first 14 days, starting the day we set it up at your clinic - no card, and nothing to cancel. After that you recharge a prepaid wallet, from ₹200, and each patient you manage uses ₹1 of it. If you decide not to continue, your records stay available for 14 days so you can export every prescription as a PDF and every visit as a spreadsheet.

The prescription is not what you are paying for - the record is. On paper, the moment the patient walks out, the history leaves with them. With Sanjivanee the same prescription also stays with you, so when that patient returns you know exactly what you prescribed and why.

Yes, and most doctors start exactly there. Appointments, billing and the pharmacy counter are separate parts you can switch on later, or never.

That is the right question to ask, and the one we design against. A paper prescription takes about ten seconds, so anything slower would not survive in a real OPD. The medicines, complaints and advice you use every day are saved once and then picked from a list; a returning patient's last prescription opens with them so a repeat visit starts from what you wrote before, not a blank page. Time it yourself at the demo - that is the only proof worth anything.

Yes. You upload your existing letterhead and position each field - patient name, age, date, complaints, medicines - onto it once. From then on every prescription prints in that layout, and you can also save it as a PDF or share it with the patient as a link.

Not at all. Walk-in patients and booked patients go into the same queue, and reception can add a patient at the desk in seconds. Appointment links are optional and you can enable them later for regular patients.

Sanjivanee works in English, Hindi and Gujarati, including notes and advice that print on the prescription in the language your patient reads.

Patient records are stored on secure servers with access controlled per staff member, and handled in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Each clinic's data is kept separate - nobody else can see your patients.

Yes - and this is the question we hear most. You are not learning software; you are writing the prescription you already write, on a screen instead of a pad. The layout follows the same order you use on paper: complaints, then medicines, then advice. We set it up at your clinic, sit with you through your first few real patients, and stay on the phone afterwards. Most doctors are printing on their own for the rest of that same day.

We come to your clinic and show you the whole thing working in about ten minutes. If it is useful you keep using it; if not, you have lost ten minutes and nothing else.

₹1 comes off your wallet for each patient you manage through Sanjivanee - that is, one you record a consultation for. Looking up an existing patient's history, reprinting an old prescription or browsing your records costs nothing.

Sanjivanee is prepaid. You recharge a wallet with ₹200 or more - online from the doctor portal, or by paying us and we add it for you - and ₹1 comes off it for each patient you manage. If the balance runs out during a busy session it can go down to -₹20, so you are never stopped in the middle of an OPD; your next recharge clears it. Unused balance never expires, so a quiet month simply leaves more for the next one. Wallet balance is not refundable.

Not for the part that matters. Prescriptions and patient history run in a web browser on the computer, laptop or tablet you already have, and print to the printer you already use. The only optional extra is the reception token desk - a tablet on an anti-theft stand with a small token printer - and that is only worth it once walk-in volume justifies it.

Everything syncs to your screen, so you always see who is waiting and in what order. It is entirely optional - plenty of clinics run Sanjivanee without it.

Yes. Each staff member gets their own login, and you control what each of them can see and do. The dispensing counter has its own screen that shows what you have just prescribed, refreshing on its own.

Your records remain yours. Prescriptions can be exported as PDFs and your session data as a spreadsheet at any time, so nothing is locked in.

Sanjivanee needs an internet connection to load and save records. For short outages you can continue on paper and enter the visit afterwards - the patient history is unaffected.

As you use Sanjivanee it learns the patterns in your own prescribing and can suggest what you have commonly prescribed for a similar complaint. It only suggests - nothing is ever prescribed automatically, and the clinical decision is entirely yours.

Yes. You can keep a list of clinics you refer to, and Sanjivanee generates the referral letter as a PDF ready to print or hand over, along with a record of who was referred where.

The prescription screen takes minutes, because it mirrors the order you already write in. What takes a little longer is building up your own lists of medicines, complaints and advice - but that happens naturally as you use it, and we load in your most common ones during setup so you start with a full list rather than an empty one.
