In short
Your privacy matters to us
We are committed to protecting your privacy and to keeping patient information secure. This policy sets out how data is handled, both on this website and inside the product.
Information we do not collect
We do not track you or sell your data. Browsing this website needs no account and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Concretely:
- No tracking cookies or analytics that identify you personally
- No permanent storage of browsing behaviour
- No sharing of visitor data with third parties
- No profiling or targeted advertising
Contact form information
Any details you provide through our contact form are used solely to respond to your enquiry, and are not stored beyond the purpose of your request.
What this means
We keep that correspondence only as long as it takes to answer you and follow up on it, and we do not add you to any marketing list without asking.
If you trial it and do not continue
The trial is free for 14 days, and the records you enter during it are yours in exactly the same way as any other clinic's.
What happens to the records
If you decide not to continue, your clinic's records stay available for 14 days after the trial ends, so you can export every prescription as a PDF and every visit as a spreadsheet. After those 14 days they are deleted from our systems.
We do not keep a copy for ourselves, and nothing recorded during a trial is used for anything other than running the service for you while it lasts.
Data security for healthcare clients
Patient records entered into Sanjivanee belong to the clinic that created them. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 the clinic is the data fiduciary for its patients; we process that information only on the clinic's instructions, to run the service.
We do not sell patient data, share it with aggregators or advertisers, or use it to build profiles. Each clinic's records are kept separate from every other clinic's, and a clinic can export its prescriptions and visit data at any time.
